    That depends on how much you want to spend, go to a bicycle shop that specializes in them, or better yet R E I Co op is another good choicel

    You dont need a bike; you need a horse. Gears are too much trouble.

    get an Ironhorse Sunday World Cup…….it has the gears you want and the shock is the pricetag that comes with it……..or more reasonably look at Ironhorse Mavericks….much much easier in the wallet department
